Many jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a conversation before it may be recorded ("all-party consent" or "two-party consent"), including California, Florida, Illinois, and several other US states, as well as most EU member states under GDPR.
By using DialogLab to record conversations, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from all parties. DialogLab accepts no liability for your failure to comply with applicable recording laws.

You retain ownership of all recordings, transcripts, and data you submit to the Service ("Your Content").
By submitting Your Content, you grant DialogLab a limited licence to process, store, and analyse it solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your conversations or transcripts to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including the rights of the people whose voices appear in recordings.
